Rates and Conditions 2010
Off Peak Rates and under-occupancy on application Off Season Short Breaks 3 Nights on application Extra Beds Chargeable Late dates, Christmas and New Year on application A payment of £100 per cottage is required when booking and full payment is required 30 days prior to occupancy All cancellations require 30 days clear notice. We will try to re-let but if we fail to do so full payment will be required. Insurance details are enclosed. Cottages are available for occupancy from 3pm on the first day of hire and must be vacated by 10am on the final day, except where agreed to the contrary.
